We can guide you through the first steps of setting up a business, whether as a sole trader, partnership or limited company and can assist in the registration of your business with HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House where appropriate.
Accounts Preparation
Every business is required to prepare annual accounts, whether they just consist of a simple Profit and Loss Account or a full set of statutory accounts. We can provide these using your own records as a starting point.
We can also prepare regular management accounts on a quarterly or monthly basis to ensure that you have up to date information on the performance of your business.
Bookkeeping and Payroll
We provide bookkeeping and payroll services for a wide range of businesses and can structure this service to meet your needs.
VAT
We can complete VAT returns on your behalf or alternatively assist you if you wish to complete the returns yourself.
Accounting Software
We are happy to work with, and advise on, on-line software packages including QuickBooks and Xero.
Taxation Services

We can deal with all aspects of both personal and corporate tax.
We complete self assessment tax returns for sole traders, partners and directors of companies as well as for individuals whose investments mean that they are required to declare their income to HM Revenue and Customs each year.
We also provide tax services for limited companies, including the completion and submission of the annual corporation tax return.
